The Order Department is open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Returns and Exchanges
In the rare instance you receive a defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will replace it free of charge.

If you receive a different item than the one you ordered, we will, of course, replace it with the correct item.

You may return or exchange any item still in its original packaging, if any. (Opened videos, DVDs, CDs, cassette tapes, and software may not be returned.) Please return a copy of your receipt with the item. We are not affiliated with any other business in the park and cannot accept returns of their merchandise; if you bought the item from us, our name (Grand Canyon Association) will appear at the top of the receipt.

Catalogs
Our changing merchandise line makes a catalog impractical. However, we can send you a Trip Planner brochure which lists some of our most popular products. (This is shipped free of charge with every order and on request.)
