To select an item for purchase, click “Add
to Shopping Cart.” To view your selected

you have finished shopping click “Checkout”
and follow the on-screen instructions.

By Fax
Fax the completed form to 1-928-638-2494, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Only credit card orders
may be faxed.
By Mail
Mail your completed order form with a check
or money order to: Grand Canyon Association, Attn:
Order Dept., P.O. Box 399, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023,
U.S.A. Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn
on a U.S. bank. Please do not send cash or international
money orders.
Your check should include the appropriate shipping
fees, which are listed on the order form.
Be sure to send your complete billing and shipping
addresses. Depending on weight and size, your
order may be shipped either by U.S. mail or by
UPS. UPS does not accept packages addressed to
a post office box.
By Phone
In the U.S., call toll-free 1-800-858-2808,
extension 7030. From other locations, call 1-928-638-7030.
The Order Department’s hours are Tuesday
through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
Please have your credit card ready when ordering
by phone.
Staff often will be packing and shipping orders,
or on the phone with other customers, so they
may not be able to answer when you call. If you
leave a message with your name, phone number,
and time zone, your call will be returned.
Credit Card Orders
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and VISA.
Mistyped or incomplete account numbers or expiration
dates will delay processing.
Delivery Methods
Our normal shipping methods are via U.S. First-Class
Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you desire faster shipping
(which will entail a higher fee), please indicate
this on the order form. Due to our remote location,
overnight shipping from Grand Canyon National
Park is not an option; the fastest option is UPS
Second-Day Air (to destinations where this service
is available).
Most deliveries in the continental U.S. are made
within fourteen days of our receipt of the order.
Please include an e-mail address and phone number
with your order so that we may advise you of any
delay.
Shipments to overseas addresses may take up to
six weeks. Most orders to Canada arrive within
three weeks.
Member Savings
Grand Canyon Association members save 15% on our
merchandise, effective immediately upon joining.
