Established in 1997 by the Dudley family in memory of the late Jack Dudley, master of the "broken color" knife technique of oil painting, the Jack Dudley Memorial Fund (JDMF) seeks to further the artistic legacy of Grand Canyon.
In partnership with Grand Canyon Association, an independent, non-profit organization working in cooperation with Grand Canyon National Park, the Jack Dudley Memorial Fund supports:
 |
The interpretation of Grand Canyon National Park through the visual arts |
 |
The curation of Grand Canyon Association's permanent art collection and the
acquisition of Grand Canyon-inspired artwork for the permanent collection at
Grand Canyon |

The late artist’s wife Nadine, son John, and daughter-in-law Stephanie established the Jack Dudley Memorial Fund in 1997. Grand Canyon Association is the custodian of the Jack Dudley Memorial Fund.
The Jack Dudley Memorial Fund has allowed Grand Canyon Association to acquire many original works of art. These works are part of the association’s permanent collection and are on display at multiple locations within the park including historic Kolb Studio at the South Rim of Grand Canyon.
