Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of gratitude and celebration! Our annual Members appreciation event, Grand Gathering, is taking place at the South Rim of Grand Canyon May 3-5, 2024 with special guest Pete McBride. This event is an amazing opportunity to connect with fellow Grand Canyon Conservancy Members and see first-hand how your support helps keep the canyon GRAND.

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Climate Science, Resource Management and Wildlife, including presentations on dye tracing and mummified bats.
10:50 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. How Climate Change is Affecting the Colorado Plateau with Jan Balsom
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Lunch and Q&A with Grand Canyon Superintendent Ed Keable
2:00 p.m. – 3:10 p.m. Indigenous Affairs at Grand Canyon, including a celebration of the Cultural Demonstration Program, career paths for Indigenous employees, and a screening of the new film, “We Are Grand Canyon.”
