Strata: Weaving Earth’s Story

Dani Kwan is an interdisciplinary artist and educator whose research-based practice incorporates craft, design, and digital technologies. Kwan’s interests lie in the generative dialogue between art and science–including identity, ecology, and communication. Their current body of work combines textiles with geologic systems in collaboration with geologists, botanists, and material research scholars. Join us for an exhibition of work created in residence at Grand Canyon National Park in Summer of 2025.
