Artist in Residence

Pop-up Printing Station

Artists in residence Nayda Collazo-Llorens and Patricia Villalobos Echeverría invite the public to stop by their pop-up printing station inside Verkamp's Visitor Center. Participants will get to ink the image of a fossil carved on a linoleum block, print it on paper, and take the print with them. The actual fossils are part of the Grand Canyon Museum Collection and were studied and photographed as part of the artists’ research during their residency.
